Who is responsible

FormeQR is run by UNVALE LTD (company number 17496903), registered office 59 Cecil Road, London, E17 5DH, which is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@formeqr.com.

What we collect and why

The website address, name and logo you enter, so we can make your designs. If you buy, Stripe processes your payment and gives us your email address and order details, so we can deliver your files and keep business records. We never see your card details. Our lawful bases are performing our contract with you and meeting our legal (tax and accounting) obligations.

How long we keep it

Design previews expire after seven days. Order records (email address, what you bought, the amount and the date) are kept for six years from the end of the tax year of the order, as UK tax rules require, then deleted. The artwork used for a paid order is kept with it so we can re-supply or fix your files.

Who processes it

Cloudflare (website hosting and order storage), Stripe (payments) and our email provider (order and support emails). They act on our instructions. Some may process data outside the UK, under UK-approved safeguards.

Reviews

After a purchase we may send one optional review request. You can stop review emails using its link. If you choose to publish a review, your display name, rating and comment may appear on FormeQR and WovenQR, both run by UNVALE LTD. Your email and order link stay private. Contact us to remove a review.

Cookies

We set no tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout pages for security and fraud prevention.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email hello@formeqr.com; we’ll reply within one month. Some records must be kept for the tax period above. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
