Refunds

If a code won’t scan, we’ll fix it or refund you.

Before you download

You can cancel within 14 days for a full refund, as long as you haven’t downloaded any files from the order.

After you download

Your designs are digital content delivered immediately, so once you download them the usual 14-day cancellation right no longer applies (you agree to this at checkout). Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply.

If a code won’t scan

If a delivered file doesn’t scan or doesn’t match its preview, tell us within 30 days of your order and we’ll fix it or refund that design. Email hello@formeqr.com with your order details and, if you can, a photo of the printed code.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 14 days of us agreeing them. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Once an order or design is refunded, its downloads no longer work.
