Who we are

FormeQR (formeqr.com) is run by UNVALE LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17496903), registered office 59 Cecil Road, London, E17 5DH. You can reach us at hello@formeqr.com. Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

What you buy

A one-off licence to use the final PNG and SVG files of the designs in your order, for any lawful purpose, with no expiry. Your signature is 1 design for £9, A little variety is 2 for £15, Your collection is 3 for £19, and each extra design in the same order is £4. You pay once; there is no subscription.

Payment and delivery

Payment is taken by Stripe Checkout. Your downloads unlock as soon as payment is confirmed. If an order is refunded, its downloads stop working.

How the codes work

Each code links directly to the website address you gave us. It keeps working as long as that address stays online. The address is fixed in the code, so a new address needs a new code.

Scanning

Every design passes a software scan check. Please test your final files on a few phones, at your final print size and material, before printing in quantity. We can’t cover the cost of print runs made without testing.

Digital content and cancellation

Your files are digital content supplied straight away. At checkout you ask us to start delivery immediately and accept that your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ends once you download. See refunds.

Your artwork

You confirm you have the right to use any logo, name and website address you upload. You keep any rights you have in them; we use them only to make your designs.

Liability

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Otherwise, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
